S1 Artspace is located five minutes walk from the city centre and ten minutes from the train station. It is situated near to Sheffield’s independent shopping district the Devonshire Quarter and close to The Moor where Sheffield’s new indoor market has just opened. Please note that unfortunately, S1 Artspace is situated on the first floor with access by staircase only.

 

By road:

From the M1, leave at Junction 34 following signs to City Centre. For sat navs, please use postcode S1 4JT. There is on street parking directly outside of S1 Artspace however there are no disabled bays.

 

By train:

Sheffield Station is serviced by rail links from London, Scotland and The Midlands as well by localcommuter routes to Sheffield, Nottingham and York. Upon leaving the train station, turn left along Brown Street and right at The Rutland Arms. Continue up Furnival Street, crossing the roundabout and continue until a second roundabout with Debenhams on; go straight on here, turning left onto Wellington Street immediately on leaving the roundabout, continue 200m turning left onto Trafalgar Street. S1 Artspace will be on your right.

 

By bus: 

S1 Artspace is served by buses on both West St and Charter Row only a couple of minute’s walk away.

 

By tram:

The nearest tram stop is ‘West Street’ on both the yellow and blue lines.
